    The following conditions apply solely to accommodation reservations:

    <\/p>

    From December 1st to March 31st, during the high season (July and August), and on festive periods (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Carnival, and Easter), a minimum stay of two nights is required.<\/strong>

    <\/p>

    For events, experiences, or other types of programs, please contact us directly.

    <\/p>

    Unfortunately, due to the natural and geographical conditions of Monte do Ramalho, we are not equipped to comfortably accommodate guests with special needs or reduced mobility.

    <\/p>

    Reservations<\/strong><\/p>

    Reservations can be made through the contact details mentioned above.<\/p>

    A reservation is only confirmed after a 50% deposit of the total cost of your stay.<\/p>

    The remaining 50%, along with any additional charges, will be paid upon check-out.

    <\/p>

    Cancellation<\/strong>
    Up to 15 days before arrival: no charge; the deposit will be refunded. <\/p>

    Up to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be charged.<\/p>

    Less than 7 days before arrival: The full amount of the reservation will be charged.

    <\/p>

    Check-in<\/strong>
    From 14h to 20h, with prior notice.<\/p>

    Please inform us of your expected arrival time to ensure the best welcome.

    <\/p>

    Check-out<\/strong>
    By 12h.

    <\/p>

    Extra Beds and Child Beds<\/strong><\/p>

    Cribs and extra beds are subject to availability and can be placed in your room upon request. Additional costs are not included in the reservation price. <\/p>

    A crib for children up to three years old is free of charge.<\/p>

    An extra bed for children up to 12 years old has an additional cost.

    <\/p>

    Pets <\/strong><\/p>

    Your pets are welcome.<\/p>

    Additional costs may apply, which are not included in the reservation price.

    <\/p>

    Payment Methods<\/strong><\/p>

    Monte do Ramalho offers various payment methods: bank transfer (IBAN); debit\/credit Card; MB Way or cash.
