Whatever the reasons, the Alentejo sinks into our hearts and stays forever!<\/p>\n<p>Joana and Pedro chose to marry at Monte do Ramalho, taking advantage of the freshness of spring. In addition to the estate\u2019s team, they worked with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.designeventswedding.com\/\">Design Events<\/a> for decoration and the bridal bouquet, and selected the duo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nativebirdsfilms.com\/pt\">Native Birds Films<\/a> to capture every detail. The fresh and romantic bridal gown is by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ines-pimentel.com\/\">In\u00eas Pimentel.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Discover a bit of their story and how they imagined\u2014and experienced\u2014this beautiful day!<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Alentejo Wedding Film | Joana \u2022 Pedro\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/309321277?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>When you said \u201cyes!\u201d, what ideas did you have in mind for your day?<\/strong><br \/>\nThe proposal happened during a trip to Paris. From the start, our idea was always to have a religious wedding followed by a relaxed celebration in the midst of nature.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Did you feel prepared or was it a journey with many nerves?<br \/>\n<\/strong>We were naively prepared, without nerves.<\/p>\n<p><strong>At what point in the wedding planning did you feel \u201c<em>this is it<\/em>\u201d?<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>Everything gradually started to come together in our vision. We never felt pressured by <em>timing<\/em>, which allowed us to organize the wedding exactly as we had envisioned.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was the outcome true to your initial ideas or very different? Did you had any help?<br \/>\n<\/strong>The final result exceeded our expectations! We put a lot of dedication into everything we did and decided; everything was very well thought out.<br \/>\nWe did almost everything ourselves but involved family and friends in our choices, as we wanted them to be part of the day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What was essential for you? And what was less important?<br \/>\n<\/strong>It was essential for us to create a dream day to remember, bringing together all the people who are important in our lives and providing a happy, fun, and comfortable day for all our family and friends.<br \/>\nWe know that unforeseen events happen, but the purpose of our gathering was so significant that we decided to overlook any technical or <em>catering<\/em> issues that might arise (and fortunately, they didn\u2019t).<\/p>\n<p><strong>What was the easiest part? And what was the hardest?<br \/>\n<\/strong>The hardest part was choosing the venue. We knew exactly what we wanted but couldn\u2019t find suitable alternatives. Once we found Monte do Ramalho and set the date, everything became much easier to organize.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What was the emotional peak of your day?<br \/>\n<\/strong>We still can\u2019t describe what we felt during the outdoor ceremony; it was breathtaking The surroundings, the choir, the priest\u2019s words, the happy looks of the guests witnessing our union, the poem read by Pedro\u2019s nephews\u2014it was magical!<\/p>\n<p><strong>And the peak of the fun?<br \/>\n<\/strong>After dinner, when that initial nervousness had dissipated, and we could relax and enjoy ourselves to the fullest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A special detail\u2026<\/strong><br \/>\nJust one?<br \/>\nIt was a day full of special moments!<br \/>\nWe were surprised by a close friend who took the stage and sang us two songs. We knew she sang well, but we had no idea of the incredible voice we heard that night. It was epic!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Now that it\u2019s all over, would you change anything?<br \/>\n<\/strong>We wouldn\u2019t change a thing. It was all so perfect and just as we had dreamed.<br \/>\nIt was such a personal, emotional day, even better than we imagined.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Any wise words for future brides\u2026<br \/>\n<\/strong> Live each moment with calm and soul. Make the most of the preparations\u2014it\u2019s a fun day to organize, as everything is tailored to your wishes and dreams. Make it enjoyable and involve your friends and family; they will love being part of this moment.<br \/>\nWhen the big day arrives, there\u2019s nothing more to worry about, so let yourself be immersed in the moment and enjoy the day.
