Monte do Ramalho<\/strong> is a very special place where you can hear the silence.
\nIt’s our signature and a wonderful fact that anyone who stays with us can attest to (and there have been those who slept less well, for this very reason!).<\/p>\n

As the year draws to a close, we’d like to offer you a very different idea for entering 2025: a silence retreat, led by holistic therapist S\u00edlvia Torres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

“The noise of the multiple daily stimuli to which we are exposed is overwhelming.
\n<\/em>In the subconscious, we accumulate information from the most diverse sources, daily life fills us with haste and demands, and disconnecting, in depth, becomes very difficult.<\/em><\/p>\n

Making a silence retreat is the response we propose, intentional, committed, and also calm and safe. And it’s a gesture of personal well-being, focused on quality of life and health, setting off on a path with more purpose, meaning and peace of mind. <\/em>Together, let’s slow down, create space to really listen to the inner voice and the heart.”<\/em><\/p>\n
