The following conditions apply solely to accommodation reservations:

From December 1st to March 31st, during the high season (July and August), and on festive periods (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Carnival, and Easter), a minimum stay of two nights is required.

For events, experiences, or other types of programs, please contact us directly.

Unfortunately, due to the natural and geographical conditions of Monte do Ramalho, we are not equipped to comfortably accommodate guests with special needs or reduced mobility.

Reservations

Reservations can be made through the contact details mentioned above.

A reservation is only confirmed after a 50% deposit of the total cost of your stay.

The remaining 50%, along with any additional charges, will be paid upon check-out.

Cancellation

Up to 15 days before arrival: no charge; the deposit will be refunded.
Up to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be charged.
Less than 7 days before arrival: The full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in

From 14h to 20h, with prior notice.
Please inform us of your expected arrival time to ensure the best welcome.

Check-out
By 12h.

Extra Beds and Child Beds

Cribs and extra beds are subject to availability and can be placed in your room upon request. Additional costs are not included in the reservation price.
A crib for children up to three years old is free of charge.
An extra bed for children up to 12 years old has an additional cost of 20 euros per night.

Pets

Your pets are welcome.

Additional costs may apply, which are not included in the reservation price.

Monte do Ramalho offers various payment methods: bank transfer (IBAN); debit/credit Card; MB Way or cash.
